We take a proactive approach by promoting candid communication (daily) between management, supervision and crew members to improve knowledge and awareness. Management actively participates in our safety program by making themselves available for consulting, soliciting safety solutions or ideas from the field, attending training sessions and assisting in the accident analysis process.
